Attorney Samuel Serio of Davidsonville, MD; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Samuel Leonard Serio with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to create/maintain record for receipt/disbursement of funds of clients/third persons
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Sammy practices at 3479 Olympia Road in Davidsonville, Maryland.
