Attorney David Shapiro of Baltimore; ambulance chaser

The state of Maryland presented David Benjamin Shapiro with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave engaged in prohibited direct contact with a prospective client that had the appearance of soliciting professional employment.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Dave practices with the Law Offices of David B. Shapiro at 1101 Saint Paul Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
