Judge David Gooding of Jacksonville, FL; scofflaw

The state of Florida presented David Michael Gooding with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• During judicial campaign improperly, incurred expenses when his campaign account did not have sufficient funds to cover said campaign expenses
• After campaign concluded, he loaned funds to his campaign and deposited said funds into his campaign account after the lawful deadline for do so had passed
• Exhibited total disrespect for the law
• Failed to main and enforce high standards of conduct
• Failed to observe expected standards of integrity
• Failed to comply with the law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Dave continues to sit as a 11^th Judicial Circuit Civil Court judge in Jacksonville, Florida.
