Judge Jack Robison of New Braunfels, TX; cheerleader for Sex Trafficker

The Supreme Court of Texas presented Jack Robison with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from St. Mary’s Law School.

Unfortunately for the good folks living in greater Caldwell County area, Jackie was successful into duping them into voting him to the bench in 1993 as a District Court judge in New Braunfels, which is about 30 miles northeast of San Antonio.

It should be noted that this isn’t the first Judicial Misfit award presented to the Dishonorable Jack Robison. To view his prior misconduct visit the URL at the end of this article.

The Judicial Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has charged Sylvester with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which relates to Jackie’s conduct while presiding over a sex trafficking trial involving a teenage girl in Comal County.

  • Failed to act impartially
  • Improperly intervened during jury deliberations re: sex trafficking trial
  • Attempted to improperly sway jurors to return not guilty verdict
  • Told jurors that God had instructed him to intervene on the defendant’s behalf
  • On at least two occasions during jury deliberations, told them the defendant wasn’t guilty
  • Told jurors “I think we’d all agree this is something that has never happened.” (sex trafficking of a minor)

Despite Jackie’s demands upon the jury to find the defendant not guilty, the jurors found Gloria Romero-Perez guilty of continuous trafficking of a person and later sentenced her to 25 years in prison. They found her not guilty of a separate charge of sale or purchase of a child.

It would have been interesting if the jurors were asked to pass judgment via a verdict on the egregious misconduct of Jackie the Pervert Apologist in acting as Ms. Romero-Perez’s primary defense attorney.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jackie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court. At worst, they’ll likely punish him by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Jackie continues to sit as a District Court judge in New Braunfels, Texas.
