Judge James Oakley of Burnet, TX; bigoted loser

The Supreme Court of Texas presented Teresa Jan Hawthorne with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place after the arrest of Otis Tyrone McKane, an African-American for the capital murder of San Antonio Police Department Det. Benjamin Marconi and the posting of said arrest on the Department’s Facebook page.

  • Cast doubt on ability act impartially
  • Engaged in willful conduct casting discredit on the judiciary
  • Said on his Facebook page: “Time for a tree and a rope.”
  • Multiple complainants questioned Jimmy’s suitability for judicial office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary public warning.

He was also ordered to obtain 30-hours of “additional education” in regard to racial sensitivity matters. of his choosing. It was rumored that Jimmy chose to enroll in racial sensitivity classes at the David Duke Institute for Racial Purification located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Jimmy continues to sit as a Burnet County Court Judge in Burnet, Texas.
