The state of Kansas presented Edward F. Walsh IV with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.
The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eddie!)

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

Failed to respond to numerous calls from person involved in real estate matter

Failed to provide full accounting of sale of property, copy of signed contract, key to the house, and buyout receipts to buyer’s attorney as he had previously promised to do

Misconduct motivated by dishonesty and selfishness

Failed to pay agreed to settlement amount to opposing counsel thereby causing agreement made on behalf of his client to be revoked

Failed to notify attorney registration board current address

Attempted to restrain another person from voluntarily testifying against him at the disciplinary hearing

Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a third person

Authored and entered into prohibited settlement agreement wherein the party to the agreement was required to not testify against Eddie in any disciplinary hearings

Misconduct caused actual damage to the public and legal profession

Engaged in bad faith obstruction of the disciplinary process (Screw you, said Eddie!)

Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of his conduct
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 16-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (January 2018) Eddie practices with Glenn E. Bradford & Associates PC at 1150 Grand Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
