Attorney Daniel Lee of Atlantic, IA; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided Daniel Lee with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, The Wyoming State Bar announced that Danny has been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with the applicable Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual attorney license fee.

The amount that Danny failed to pay and/or was financially incapable of paying was a measly $355.00, which would lead one to believe that he isn’t much of an earner.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license. Danny’s license will not be reinstated until he pays the $355.00 annual bar fee.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Danny practices with Transdev Services Inc. at 1307 Chestnut Street in Atlantic, Iowa.
