Attorney R. Brian Daniel of Parker, CO; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided R. Brian Daniel with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School. Brian also received a law license from Colorado in 1998, Texas in 1999 and Texas in 2003.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, The Wyoming State Bar announced that Brian has been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with the applicable Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual attorney license fee.

The amount that Brian failed to pay and/or was financially incapable of paying was a measly $355.00, which would lead one to believe that he isn’t much of an earner.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license. Brian’s license will not be reinstated until he pays the $355.00 bar dues he owes.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Brian practices with the Daniel Law Firm LLC at 12900 Stroh Ranch Place in Parker, Colorado.
