Attorney Rhodel Ferriss of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Rhodel K. Ferriss with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Rhodel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw when withdrawal mandatory
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Rhodel by gifting him with a complimentary $1,500.00 fine and costs of $3,500.00. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Rhodel practices with Ferriss Law at 509 Main Street East in Swan River, Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada.
