Attorney Thomas Frohlinger of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Thomas Gordon Frohlinger with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Breached duty owed to client
• Preferring own interests to others to whom a duty was owed
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary $8,500.00 fine and costs of $29,00.00. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Tommy practices with Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger at 240 Kennedy Street in Winnipeg, Canada.
