Attorney Timothy Furgale of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical troll

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Timothy Christopher Furgale with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in four (4) counts of professional misconduct 
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to refer client for independent legal advice
• Failed to deposit funds to a pooled trust account
• Failed to maintain adequate records of client property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary $1,500.00 fine and costs of $2,00.00. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Timmy practices with the Furgale Law Offices at 1485 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, Canada.
