Attorney Frank Johnson of Winnipeg, CAN; cheating liar

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Frank Albert Gustav Johnson with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached trust accounting rules
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
• Unauthorized appropriation of client funds (cheater)
• Failed to discharge duty owed to client
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Knowingly lied to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Frankie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license and costs of $10,000.00. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Frankie practices at 360 Main Street in Winnipeg, Canada.
