Attorney Brent Kaneski of Winnipeg, CAN; lying loser
The Law Society of Manitoba presented Brent Christopher Anthony Kaneski with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.
The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account

On at least ten (10) occasions received monies from his clients on behalf of fees, but failed to deposit those monies into the trust bank account of the firm where he practiced

Failed to account to his firm for fees received from numerous clients

On at least sixteen (16) withdrew monies from the firm's trust bank account for the recovery of fees and disbursements without a bill for such fees and disbursements being prepared and sent to his clients at the time the monies were withdrawn

Misled (lied) to client by advising her that he had received an offer to settle from the insurers for the defendant in the amount of $5,000.00, when in fact the offer was received in the he amount of $7,000.00

Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and costs of $1,000.00.
As we speak (ca. March 2018), Brent practices with Booth Dennehy LLP at 387 Broadway in Winnipeg, Canada.
