Attorney Glenford Greene of British Columbia, CAN; bully, repeat offender

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Glenford Emerson Greene with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society found Glen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
• Breached duty to maintain a courteous/respectful attitude towards the court
• Failed to conduct himself with courtesy/civility towards opposing counsel

As one would suspect, this isn’t Glen’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary $3,000 fine for engaging in the same kind of misconduct as aforementioned.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Glen by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Glen practices with the G.E. Green Law Corporation at 3895 Alfred Avenue in Smithers, British Columbia, Canada.
