Attorney Gregory Lanning of British Columbia, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Gregory Lanning with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Law Society found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Issued repeated letters that were rude/provocative and belittling of opposing counsel
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct

As one would suspect, this isn’t Greg’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a $2,500 fine and $6,600 in costs.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Greg practices at 35831 Graystone Drive in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
