Attorney Edmund Schuster of Calgary, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Alberta presented Edmund H. Schuster with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client of material error or omission
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed duty owed to client re: trust account error

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Eddie practices with Schuster Bruce LLP at 129 17^th Avenue NE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
