Attorney Terrance Dawe of Calgary, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Alberta presented Terrance M. Dawe with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Knowingly engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to conduct himself in reasonable and prudent manner
• Improper conduct enabled client and others to achieve improper purpose

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 14-day suspension of his law license and costs of $3,360.  

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Terry practices with the Dawe Law Office at 1409 Edmonton Trail NE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
