Attorney Brian Fish of Alberta, CAN; slacker 

The Law Society of Alberta presented Brian Fish with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to obtain client’s confirming instructions before release of data to CBC

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and costs of $3,900. 

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Brian practices with the Brian Fish Law Office at 9741 91^st Street in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
