Attorney Guy Lacourciere of Calgary, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Alberta presented Guy Lacourciere with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Guy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to nor trust conditions
• Failed to respond in timely manner to communications from another lawyer
• Failed to be candid with his clients
• Misled or failed to be candid (lied) to his clients
• Failed to keep clients informed of progress of their matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Guy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and costs of $3,900. 

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Guy practices with the Lacourciere LLP at 800 6^th Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
