Attorney Richard Mirasty of Calgary, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Alberta presented Richard Mirasty with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be candid (lied) with ethics investigators
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)
• Failed to comply with a court order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and costs of $1,734.00.  

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Dick practices with Richard Mirasty PC at 6208 106^th Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
