Attorney Michael Kelley of Fort Morgan, CO; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Michael Omer Kelley with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Improperly accepted payment for representing client from someone other than the client
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client or third person
  • Failed to properly maintain trust account records
  • Failed to return unearned fees upon termination (cheater)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Mikey practices at 231 Main Street in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
