Attorney Kelly March of Denver; convicted drunk

The state of Colorado provided Kelly Rebecca March with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Kelly guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Stopped by police for speeding
  • Failed to display proof of insurance
  • Found with open alcohol container in her car
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kelly by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Kelly practices with Kelly March LLC at 1665 Logan Street in Denver, Colorado.
