Attorney Michael Marinovich of Englewood, CO; drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Michael B. Marinovich with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Charged with child abuse

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Mikey practices at 3199 South Vine Street in Englewood, Colorado.
