Attorney Mark Ohlsen of Pueblo, CO; convicted of assault

The state of Colorado provided Mark A. Ohlsen with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to assault
• Pled guilty to domestic violence re: live-in girlfriend
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February2018) Mark practices with the Ohlsen Law Office at 1311 North Greenwood in Pueblo, Colorado.
