Attorney Stacy Spurlock of Highlands Ranch, CO; slacker

The state of Colorado provided Stacy B. Spurlock with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Stacy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stacy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Stacy practices with Spurlock Law PC at 9249 South Broadway in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
