Attorney Diddo Clark of Lafayette, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Diddo Ruth Clark with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Diddo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made at least two false statements to a court clerk
• Sought to mislead a judge
• Failed to file appellate brief on time
• Lied to appellate court by stating she mailed brief by priority mail

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Diddo by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Diddo practices with the Law Offices of Diddo Clark at 3527 Mount Diablo Blvd in Lafayette, California.
