Judge David Humke of Reno, NV; slacker, loser

The state of Nevada provided David Humke with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Nevada School of law.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has charged and/or found Judge Humke guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place pursuant to Judge Humke’s conduct while heading the Washoe County Family Court Division.

• Failed to do his job in overseeing performance of family court division
• Mismanaged his family court department
• Humke’s department only processed 62 cases out of 700 cases processed by other departments
• Department failed to file disposition reports in timely manner
• Ignored calls from disciplinary investigator and claimed he didn’t know who was calling him

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is recommended by the enablers sitting on the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline and then if any actual punishment is meted out by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Judge Humke continues to sit as a Washoe County Family Court District Judge in Reno, Nevada.
