Attorney Charles Cather III of Idaho Falls, ID; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided Charles Edward Cather III with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School. Charlie also received a license from the state of Virginia in 1999 and Idaho in 2001.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, The Wyoming State Bar announced that Charlie has been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with the applicable Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual attorney license fee.

The amount that Charlie failed to pay and/or was financially incapable of paying was a measly $355.00, which would lead one to believe that he isn’t much of an earner.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license. Charlie's law license will not be reinstated until he pays the $355.00 in bar dues tha the owes.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Charlie practices with Parsons Behle & Latimer at 900 Pier View Drive in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
