Attorney Preston Sutherland of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Preston G. Sutherland with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Preston guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to notify third party medical provider of receipt of settlement funds
• Failed to withhold third party funds from settlement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Preston by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Preston practices at 4702 Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
