Judge Pat Calhoun of Goliad, TX; bullying loser
The Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.
-
County Treasurer Daphne Buelter said Patty made threatening and unprofessional comments to her
-
Numerous complainants of Patty’s bullying conduct complained to the Goliad County Sheriff’s Office
-
Precinct 3 Commissioner Mickey White, said Patty "got in my face" and attempted to intimidate him and said Patty also told him that he might seek a hunting license that would allow him to kill another official
-
Ms. Buelter further said that Patty told another department head he would bury the official where "the dogs wouldn't find them" and shouted and screamed at those attending juvenile court
-
Patty’s demeanor in commissioner’s court left folks not wanting to go
-
Members of the commissioner’s court began skipping meetings due to Patty’s behavior
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Patty by gifting him with a complementary warning.
As we speak (ca. June 2018), Patty continues to sit as a Goliad County Judge in Goliad, Texas.
