Attorney Dale Sibley of Shreveport, LA; Dumbo, cheater, slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Dale L. Sibley with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Elzey guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to fulfill obligations upon being terminated

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Dale practices with Ron Christopher Stamps LLC at 839 Kings Highway in Shreveport, Louisiana.
