Attorney Frank Sprouls of San Francisco; Dumbo, repeat offender

The state of California provided Frank Patrick Sprouls with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from San Francisco State University Law School.

The State Bar Court found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

Frankie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Committed extensive misconduct in immigration cases
• Engaged in 51 acts of misconduct before the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals
• Disciplined by 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals
• Engaged in gross negligence
• Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

Frankie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Sought to mislead (lie) to judge
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Misconduct significantly harmed clients
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
