Attorney Keyvan Samini of El Segundo, CA; serial scofflaw

The state of California provided Keyvan Samini with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from The Ohio State University Law School.

The State Bar Court found Keyvan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in misconduct involving three loan modification matters
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in Oregon, Connecticut and Virginia
• Collected fees he wasn’t lawfully entitled to while engaged in illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Keyvan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Keyvan.
