Attorney Andrew Schuman of Bowling Green, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio provided Andrew Robert Schuman with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Collected a clearly excessive fee (thief)
  • Made false statement of fact or law to tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Selfish motive in victimizing client
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable individual
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Andy practices at 610 Fifth Street in Bowling Green, Ohio.
