Attorney Thomas Maney Jr. of Columbus, OH; slacker, liar

The state of Ohio provided Thomas Patrick Maney Jr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly lied during disciplinary investigation (Screw you, said Tommy!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Acted with dishonest or selfish motive      
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Submitted fabricated evidence during disciplinary investigation (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Tommy practices at 7100 Huntley Road in Columbus, Ohio.
