Attorney Kristopher Childers of Scottsdale, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Kristopher C. Childers with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Kris guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to submit quarterly financial reports to State Bar
  • Failed to participate in State Bar’s Law Office Management Assistance Program
  • Failed to deposit personal funds to cover future shortages re: bank charges
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Engaged in bad-faith obstruction of disciplinary proceedings (Screw you, said Kris!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Kris by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Kris practices with the Law offices of Patenaude & Felix at 3260 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
