Attorney Robert Hersch of Tucson; convicted druggie, repeat offender

 

The state of Arizona presented Robert M. Hersch with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Puget Sound University Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Convicted for possession of a narcotic drug
  • Convicted for transportation of a narcotic drug

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

 

Bobby’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in multiple bookkeeping errors of his trust account
  • Negligently disbursed funds on behalf of clients who did not have enough money in his trust account to cover disbursements made on their behalf
  • Incurred bank fees on his trust account on 11 separate occasions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Bobby practices at 333 North Wilmot Road in Tucson, Arizona.
