Attorney Neal Pomper of Highland Park, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented Neal M. Pomper with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Neal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to prepare required written fee agreement
• Agreed to share legal fees with New York attorney w/o informing client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Sammy practices in Highland Park, New Jersey.
