Judge Kirk Williams of Baker, LA; ethical gremlin

The state of Lousiana provided Kirk Anthony Williams with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Cornell University Law School. 

The Commission on Judicial Performance found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mishandled his private practice client trust account
• Engaged in negligent behavior

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Kirk continues to sit as a Baker City Court judge in Baker, Louisiana.
