Attorney Stephen Fletcher of Mt. Freedom, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Stephen K. Fletcher with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Grossly neglected client’s real estate matter
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2017) Stevie practices in Mount Freedom, New Jersey.
