FYI: Il Duce is none other than Benito Mussolini, the late despotic dictator of Italy who was allied with Adolph Hitler during World War II.
James Wagoner succeeded in duping the voters in El Dorado County into electing him as a Superior Court Judge in 2003 and gave a repeat performance in 2009.
After obtaining a law license in 1989, Jimmy has spent the vast majority of his life porking out at the public trough. Prior to 2003, Jimmy spent more than 10 years as an Assistant El Dorado County DA.
In 2010, the California Judicial Commission filed a misconduct complaint against Judge Wagoner. The Commission subsequently found Jimmy guilty of:
In an attempt to prove his bona fides as an Il Duce Wannabee, Jimmy knowingly and intentionally trampled on Mrs. Arnold’s due process rights when he and he alone determined she needed to be imprisoned because someone told him she was using a camera in the courthouse. This claim subsequently was proven to be untrue. Of course the truth is of no consequence to Il Duce!
More importantly, the average citizen is well versed in what "due process" means. Apparently, Jimmy the Dumbo didn't do well in civics class while in High School.
As a consequence of his illegal and his blatant deprivation of Mrs. Arnold’s basic due process rights, the enablers sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. Nov 2011) Jimmy the Loser remains sitting on the bench in Placerville, California. These are the kind of losers that seek judicial office because no self-respecting law firm would even consider offering them a well paying job.
