Attorney Howard Gross of Cherry Hill, NJ; convicted druggie

The state of New Jersey presented Howard Aaron Gross with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Howie pled guilty pled guilty in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, Law Division, to a charge of conspiracy to possess cocaine, a crime of the third degree.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Howie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Howie practices in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
