Attorney Samuel Mandel of Moorestown, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Samuel Mandel with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sammy was retained to represent a client in an insurance claim for a fire loss and then, during a period of four years, failed to take any action to protect the client’s claim.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Sammy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Sammy practices in Moorestown, New Jersey.
