Attorney Samuel Smith II of Cleveland; lying slacker

The state of Ohio presented Samuel Ray Smith II with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to deposit advance fees in trust account
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sammy!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Sammy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Sammy practices with the Law Office of Samuel R. Smith at 1220 West 6^th Street in Cleveland, Ohio.
