Attorney W. Thomas Finley of Dallas; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented W. Thomas Finley with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly deliver settlement funds client entitled to receive
• Failed to promptly render full accounting re: client settlement funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Tommy practices with the Finley Law Group PLLC at 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd in Dallas, Texas.
