Attorney Gary Eudy of Friendswood, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Gary L. Eudy with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 5 Grievance Committee found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep clients informed of status of matters
  • Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
  • Failed to refund unearned advance fees (thief)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gary!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 12-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.

As speak (ca. November 2017), Gary practices with Stolmeier Law at 219 East Craig Place in San Antonio, Texas.
