Attorney Beauregard Fiegel of San Antonio; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Beauregard Driller Fiegel with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Beauregard guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to refund unearned portion of fees (thief)
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Beauregard!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Beauregard by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Beauregard.

As speak (ca. November 2017), Beauregard practices at 10218 Sandbrook Hill in San Antonio, Texas.
