Attorney Francis Callahan of Norfolk, VA; convicted druggie

The state of Virginia presented Francis Sullivan Callahan with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Franny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Franny was arrested and later pled guilty to criminal drug charges of “attempt to purchase ecstasy.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Franny by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Franny practices with the Allmand-Archer House at 327 Duke Street in Norfolk, Virginia.
