Attorney Warren Picciolo of Harrisonburg, VA; ethical elf

The state of Virginia presented Warren Anthony Picciolo with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Warren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to return client’s file upon termination
• Failed to answer any of his client’s numerous phone calls, e-mails or letters
• Failed to withdraw from case when required to do so
• Left client unable to make informed decisions about his case
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Warren by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Warren practices with the Law Office of Warren A. Picciolo at 606 South Main Street in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
