Attorney Robert Lambert of Virginia Beach; ethical ogre

The state of Virginia presented Robert Larry Lambert with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to assure that paralegal complied with ethics rules
• Failed to deposit client funds into identifiable client trust account
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain proper records re: client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
